Due to this, I was able to finish it completely in one day. I’m so thankful to Google for their credible search results. Since then, I became a Google fan and never tempted to try using another search engines again.

Yoga diet does not turn food into vitamins, mineral deposits, protein etc. The yogic state of life is that the actual gains of these ingredients can only be fulfilled when they are not divided, but when taken in their most natural form as possible.

The vital part of correct health is to have a balanced whole food diet. A proportioned diet guarantees that every aspects of digestion work at its best. A balanced whole food diet ensures a healthy you.

It is very essential that all these three factors are together. If all these factors are in balance, it is very doubtful that you will develop health problems and even obesity. Most of the time artificial or processed food create conditions that disturb this harmony. This lead to some physical and mind problems. Since I have a very on-the-go lifestyle and hectic schedule, I have no enough time to drop by gym or attend a fitness class. I would love to join a yoga but starting with the basic moves can be a pain in the head and especially a strain for my pocket. So my solution is I purchased some yoga e books and perform it on my own.

My problem with the yoga e books is that I’m not interested in reading especially when we are dealing with a numerous variety of movements. Geez, I really think I need an instructor or someone who will clear up the actions to me, one idea crossed my mind – why not go for yoga videos!

Because of that, I quickly went in front of my old desktop open my browser to YouTube and Right away! my problem was solved!

However I think what is nice with yoga is not how you learn the movements but how you make a diversion that will get you away from your frantic way of life. We are too busy that oftentimes we don’t help ourselves to harmonize our lives.

Yoga is also about meeting people and knowing how to be “really” free, not just in mind but also independent from the arduous stages of our busy life. That’s what I’ve learned out of my curiosity.

I will join a yoga class no matter what.

I have an idea of what to write but the problem is I’ve got no clue on how and where to start.

So what I did first is I’ve made an outline with many of miss, a bit on sentence and grammar order. To make it a little easy for me, I set up first all the words in Filipino then I encoded the entire draft in the Google translation for the translation.

As a matter of fact, I was in doubt because questions like ‘”Is Google translation accurate?”. However, I’ve heard from my co-worker how helpful Google translation is although it does not give the most accurate translation since most of the time the translation is not in context.

One hour before the day was ended, was done writing the article. I made the final output with pictures and notes. What ate up most of my time was actually the research that I did since I don’t have ,at first, the right data regarding the subject, but still, I was able to make it almost perfect. Thanks to Google translation for being such a huge help.
